Ministry through the lens of Galatians 3:28

Blessings and Welcome

you are invited

Here at Bridges Over Barriers I am sharing my faith story, my beliefs, and my vision and tools for building a stronger community while working to remove the barriers that separate us, create inequality, and injure this world and its people.

The Introduction

My Path

My Community

I Believe

I am a second generation pastor in the Presbyterian Church (USA).  I did not come into ministry immediately.  I was not ready for this work until God had brought me through experiences that were necessary for my growth and to give me the tools that I would need to better serve Christ.

I Believe

My Community

I Believe

I believe in the Holy Trinity

of the Almighty, the Son Jesus Christ,

and the Holy Spirit.

I believe in the faithful and authoritative witness of the written word, Scripture, to the Living Word, Jesus Christ.

I believe in the value of each person.

I believe there is work to still be done that everyone will be valued, and until we are all free and valued, none of us are.
